IASO SA announces that it has accepted a proposal made by a group of doctors who until today were collaborating with Leto S.A. and who now wish to interrupt their collaboration with Leto S.A., sell their shares in Leto Holdings S.A. and start collaboration with IASO S.A.
The acceptance of the above mentioned proposal forms an agreement in principle, which is expected to be concluded, when relevant contracts have been signed, while payment of the largest part of the purchase price will take place gradually.
