In accordance with arts. 16 (13) of codified law 2190/1920 and 291 of the Athens Exchange Regulations, Alpha Bank hereby announces that, in the period between 04.12.2006 and 31.12.2006, will sell by way of private placement to institutional investors up to 21,250,000 treasury shares, representing 5.21% of the Bank?s paid-up share capital, at a price not lower than Euro 22 per share.
