We inform our Investors that on January 18, 2007, a Share Purchase Agreement was signed transferring all shares owned by TERNA in the company "DIKEVE S.A.", to "ALDI HELLAS SUPER MARKET HOLDING E.E".
DIKEVE SA is the owner of a plot of land, on part of which has been constructed a building of warehouses in the Prefecture of Thessaloniki.
