T BANK S.A. (the “Bank”), in accordance with law 3016/2002 on Corporate Governance, the decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and law 3340/2005, notifies investors that Mr. George Handjinicolaou, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, announced with a letter addressed to the Chairman of the T Bank’s BoD his intention to withdraw from the Bank  on 29/07/2011.
