Unilever NV with their letter dated 21/12/2006 notified our company that it is reviewing the existing trade mark license agreements and has therefore given a 12 months notice as specified under the agreement to exercise its right not to renew.
In accordance with the terms of the agreement, it shall remain in force for a further year, i.e. until 31/12/2007. During the course of 2007 Unilever NV will review and renegotiate the terms and conditions of renewal of agreements with Elais-Unilever SA or any successor thereof.
