We hereby inform you that by decision of the 12.06.2006 Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the company''s shareholders, those who will be shareholders of the company upon the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange session of 12.22.2006 will be entitled to a dividend of twenty three cents (Euro 0,23) per share for the accounting period of 07.01.2005 to 06.30.2006. As of 12.27.2006, the company''s shares will be negotiated without the right to a dividend.
The dividend will be distributed through the paying bank EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A. on the period between 01.05.2007 and 04.06.2007, on business days and hours.
As of 04.09.2007, the dividend will be paid only by the company''s central offices at Moschato Attiki (9 Kyprou & Hydras str., tel. 2104805267), on business days and hours.
