On 16.02.2007 NEOCHIMIKI SA proceeded to the sale of 6,400,000 shares of LAMDA DETERGENT SA at a total amount of euro 50.432.000, to foreign institutional investors, through private placement, organized by SAL OPPENHEIM, INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE and PROTON BANK .
As a result, its stake in the company is reduced from 16.38% to 0%.
