"On February 16, 2007, "NEOCHIMIKI S.A." proceeded to the sale of 6,400,000 shares of "LAMDA DETERGENT S.A." at a total amount of euro 50.432.000 to foreign institutional investors, through private placement, organized by SAL OPPENHEIM, INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A. and PROTON BANK.
As a result, its stake in the company is reduced from 16.38% to 0%."
