GEK S.A., owner of 50% of the share capital of the company "MONASTIRIOU TECHNIKI ANAPTYXIAKI S.A." announces that on February 7, 2007, an Agreement was signed for the purchase of 1.500.000 shares representing the remaining 50% of the share capital of the above mentioned company.
Therefore, GEK S.A. now owns 100% of the share capital of the company "MONASTIRIOU TECHNIKI ANAPTYXIAKI S.A.". This company owns three plots of land of about 28.000 square meters in Thessaloniki, Menemeni Municipality.
