In accordance with the article 281 of Athens exchange rulebook, the Company announces that on January 10th 2007, Mr Michael Tsagatakis resigned from his position as Director of Regulatory Affairs.
Mrs. Maria Sarantopoulou (Corporate Legal Affairs) and Mr. Themistoklis Κ. Giannakopoulos (Regulatory and Commercial Affairs) are appointed Legal Counsels of the Company with immediate effect.
