Following the announcements to the ATHEX dated 14.11.06 and 29.12.2006 the Company IASO S.A. announces that at the hearing of the One - member Court of First Instance of Athens (Department of Ex-parte application Jurisdiction) dated 21.2.2007 the shareholder who had requested the replacement of seven (7) members of the BoD and the appointment of seven (7) new members, has resigned from his application.
