Following our Company''s announcement dated 28/12/2006 in the daily AthEx (Athens Exchange) bullet related to the review by Unilever NV of the existing license agreements during the year 2007 and the prospective renewal of these agreements on 1/1/2008 with our company or a possible successor, we notify that:
A) The products concerning the review of the agreements are the following:
- Becel and Becel Pro.Activ products
- FLORA margarine and seed oil
- Lipton tea (warm and cold in powder form)
- SOL, PHASE and FRIOL seed oils
- CALVE peanut butter
- LINEA low calorie products
- ZWAN meat products
- B) The proportion by which these products participate in the turnover of our company during the nine months of 2006 is approximately 34%
- C) In case of no review of the aforementioned agreement, the consequences on our company''s financial position is expected to be a reduction of gross profits by approximately 46% and the consequences on the company''s business shall be that our company will no longer distribute these products in the market.
