The company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. informs the investment public that following its announcement regarding its preselection in the bidding of PRIVATIZATION AGENCY OF SERBIA for the privatization of the company Rafinerija nafte Beograd, through the sale of 70% of its share capital, which was held on November 17th, 2006 it has been selected as the best bidder a) with regard to the purchasing price which amounts to 16.38 mil.euro and b) with regard to the total investment programme which amounts to 15 mil. euro, according to the 703/05-0301-2/ 03.01.2007 announcement of the PRIVATIZATION AGENCY OF SERBIA, which officially invites our company to settle the final terms of the said agreement.
