Following the announcement to the ATHEX dated 14.11.06 the Company IASO S.A. announces that at the hearing of the One - member Court of First Instance of Athens (Department of Ex-parte application Jurisdiction) dated 17.1.2007 the shareholder who had requested the replacement of five (5) members of the BoD and the appointment of five (5) new members, has resigned from his application.
