This is to inform that the Board of Directors of Lambrakis Press SA in its meeting held on October 3, 2006 resolved on the following within the context of the Company''s administrative and organizational restructuring plan as follows:
Constituted a new Executive Committee whose tasks are to coordinate and supervise the Business Units and Centers of the Company and the Group. The Executive Committee consists of Messrs. Christos Lambrakis, President of the Board, Stavros Psycharis, Vice President of the Board and Managing Director, Pantelis Kapsis, member of the Board and Director of the Business Unit -Ta Nea, Stergios Nezis, General Manager of the Business Development and Shared Services Center, Nikolaos Pefanis, General Manager of the Corporate Center, Nikolaos Tsouvalas, Director of the Magazine Business Unit, Panos Psycharis, Director of the Digital Business Unit, Tryfon Koutalidis, member of the Board - Legal Counsel and Ioannis Manos, Advisor to the Management and it assigned the duties of Corporate Secretary to Ms. Kleopatra Glynou.
