The Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation SA (OTE SA), as parent company of Cosmote SA proceeds in the present notification, according to article 5 of the Presidential Decree 51/1992 in combination with the second part of Article 7, paragraph 1 and Article 8, paragraph 1a, of the same Decree.
Specifically, Cosmote SA, from the 99.14% on the total of voting rights of Germanos SA that owns indirectly, will now own indirectly 89.23% of the shares, which corresponds to the same percentage on the total voting rights of GERMANOS SA, following the acquisition, on Monday, 15th January 2007, of a 10% participation in the share capital of Cosmote SA''s affiliate, Cosmoholding Cyprus Ltd, by MICROSTAR Ltd (entity 100% controlled by Mr. Panos Germanos). We note that COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS Ltd owns directly 99.14% of Germanos SA.
