The company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. informs the investment public regarding the privatization of the company RAFINERIJA NAFTE BEOGRAD, through the sale of 70% of its share capital, of which NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. has already been chosen as the top bidder concerning a) the purchase price that amounts to euro 16.38 mil. and b) the total investment plan which amounts to euro 15 mil., that the first sale-purchase agreement, between RAFINERIJA NAFTE BEOGRAD and NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A., has already been signed, whereas the final agreement will be signed once the decision has been approved by the SERBIAN COMPETITION COMMISSION.
