ASPIS BANK ATE inform you that, in accordance with law 3340/2005 and article 275 par. 9d of Athens Exchange (ATHEX) Regulation, the tax audit of the absorbed company Aspis AXEPEY for the financial year 2002 and the period 1/1-31/3/2003 regarding the Transformation Balance Sheet was completed. According to the audit, accounting discrepancies in the amount of euro 220,417.48 occurred and due to transferred losses there were no payable taxes. An amount of euro 393,647.58 concerning withheld taxes of the above period is returned.
