The companies Viohalco SA, Hellenic Petroleum SA, Hellenic Fabrics SA and Prima Holdings SA, announce their agreement to participate in Biodiesel SA with 25% each. Biodiesel SA will establish in Greece a biodiesel production plant with an annual capacity of about 100.000 tn/year.
