Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A., as Societe Anonyme, listed in Athens Stock Exchange, announces that - according to Article 10, par. 1 of the Law 3340/2005, as well as the article 2, par. 2, of the Decision No 3/347/12-7-05 issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission - examines the possibility of selling its participation in the Company ICAP S.A., which today is 20% of the share capital.
After completing discussions with potential buyers, we will proceed to final announcement regarding the sale or not of our participation.
