According to the Presidential Decree 51/1992 as well as the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, GERMANOS SA announces that COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD, 100% subsidiary of "COSMOTE - MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SA" , on the 27th November 2006 has acquired at the price of Euro 19 per share, through stock exchange transactions, a further 791,540 GERMANOS SA common registered shares (corresponding to equal number of voting rights). Following these transactions, COSMOTE - MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SA holds directly and indirectly, through its 100% subsidiary COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD, 85.55%.
Οn the 30th November 2006 COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD, 100% subsidiary of "COSMOTE - MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SA" has acquired at the price of Euro 19 per share, through stock exchange transactions, a further 986,328 GERMANOS SA common registered shares (corresponding to equal number of voting rights). Following these transactions, COSMOTE - MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SA holds directly and indirectly, through its 100% subsidiary COSMOHOLDING CYPRUS LTD, 88.08%.
