In accordance with the Notos Com Holdings SA Board of Directors decision dd 25/8/2006, the sub-period for buy back of own shares ended on 31/10/2006. Over the period from 8/9/2006 to 10/10/2006, the company bought 1,510,905 own shares through PROTON BANK S.A. (previously Omega Bank SA) at an average price of 3.451 euro per share. In its meeting dd 11/10/2006, the BoD decided to suspend the acquisition of own shares. The decision was announced to the Athens Stock Exchange on 12/10/2006. As a consequence, as of 31/10/2006, date of termination of the buy back sub-period, the company holds 1,510,905 own shares, representing 2.13% of share capital.
