ANNOUNCEMENT

Following a successful career of 23 years with the Eurobank Group, Mrs. Paula Hadjisotiriou, General Manager Group Finance & Strategy (Group CFO) – Member of the Executive Committee of the Bank, has expressed her intention to leave the Group, effective as of 15 July 2013. 

The Head of Group Finance and Control, Mr. Charalambos Kokologiannis, Deputy General Manager, is appointed as Group CFO with direct reporting to the CEO of the Group.

The Bank's Management would like to thank Mrs. P. Hadjisotiriou for her contribution and wishes success to Mr. Ch. Kokologiannis in his enhanced duties.
