In accordance with article 276 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, PANTECHNIKI SA announces that after the increase of the share capital of SARANTOPOULOS - BIOTER ENERGY, TECHNICAL, COMMERCIAL, CONSTRUCTION AND INDUSTRIAL SA by the amount of 118.309,85 Euro and the issuance of 4.031 shares of nominal value 29,35 Euro, PANTECHNIKI SA holds 17.438 shares which correspond to 56.2552% of BIOSAR ENERGY SA share capital.
