The Company''s Board of Directors in its meeting on December 12, 2006 resolved to sell to third parties the Company''s multi-storey office building situated at 18, Panepistimiou street that ceased being operational after the Company''s relocation to the new building at 80, Michalakopoulou street. The sale was concluded on December 18, 2006 by signing the Notarial Deed and settling the full amount of the sale in cash (i.e. 9,500,000 euros). The Company will utilize the cash amount collected to decrease its bank borrowing.
