According to Article 24 Paragraph 2 of Law 3461/2006, it is notified that MICHANIKI S.A. which has submitted obligatory public offer for the purchase of securities from the shareholders of BALKAN EXPORT S.A. company, proceed to the purchase of 10.000 common shares of BALKAN EXPORT S.A. at the Athens Stock Exchange meeting of January 29, 2007 at the total value of 29.350 euros, with average purchase price at 2,9350 euros per share (Maximum price at Euro 2,94 and minimum price at Euro 2,93) thus increasing its participation in the share capital of BALKAN EXPORT S.A. from 50,8107% to 50,8605%.
