Pursuant to the resolution No.3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission, Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. announces that it has received two subordinated loans from Credit Agricole S.A. These loans amount to euro 170.000.000 and euro 200.000.000, and they aim to strengthen respectively the Tier I and Tier II, regulatory Capital of the Bank.
