Pursuant to the approval 58/5.2.2007 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, the 1.304 shares related to the company s fractional rights resulting from the share capital increase through the distribution of free shares, were sold on Monday the 12th of February 2007. The net amount of the sale, which amounts to 5.384,71 euro will be deposited to the Deposit and Loans Fund in favor of the beneficiaries. The company will sent to the beneficiary shareholders a certification regarding the above issue. Shareholders will have to bring the verification along with a form of identification to the Deposit and Loans Fund in order to collect the product of the sale.
