The company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A., announces that in the framework of its expansion of its productive activities in the southeast European market will participate in the bidding competition of the PRIVATIZATION AGENCY OF SERBIA (Proclamation number IHP 27/06), which will take place in Serbia and regards the privatizations of the following state-owned companies:
1) Privatization of 99.06% of the holding company IHP PRAHOVO A.D. PRAHOVO IN RESTRUCTURING and
2) Privatization of 20% of the companies mentioned below, in which IHP PRAHOVO A.D. PRAHOVO IN RESTRUCTURING has a share of 80%:
a) IHP DUBRIVA DOO PRAHOVO IN RESTRUCTURING (fertilizer production)
b) IHP SOLI DOO PRAHOVO IN RESTRUCTURING (mineral salts production)
c) IHP MEG DOO PRAHOVO IN RESTRUCTURING (repair and maintenance of engineering equipment)
d) IHP KRAJINA DOO PRAHOVO IN RESTRUCTURING (transport, loading/unloading, storage and product packing)
The deadline for the submission of bids is the February, 16th 2007.
