Further to our previous announcement dated November 14 2006 it is hereby disclosed that a second shareholder who represents 1,17% of the paid in capital of the company ΙASO SA, requests from the One- member Court of First Instance of Athens (Department of Ex-parte application Jurisdiction) the substitution of two (2) additional members of the Board of Directors. The allegations used are the same ones used in the previous request which was announced on November 14th
It is believed that the Court will not honor this claim, even if the Court honors this claim it is not expected to affect negatively the course of the company.
