In conformance to paragraph 9d of article 275 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces the conclusion of an ordinary tax audit for fiscal years 2001 and 2002, for which tentative tax assessment existed, as well as for fiscal years 2003 and 2004. The above mentioned audit resulted in additional taxes of Euro 568 thousand of which Euro 44 thousand impacts the results and the rest is covered from provisions established in prior years.
