Info-Quest S.A. announces that its subsidiary company Quest Energy S.A. on Jan. 25, 2007 acquired from the company EUNICE WIND PARK HOLDINGS (HELLAS) LIMITED the 94% of the shares of the company VIOTIA WIND PARK AMALIA S.A and the 94% of the shares of the company VIOTIA WIND PARK MEGALO PLAI S.A. Both companies have granted by the Energy Regulation Authority an 18,9 MW electric energy production license by the use of wind power generators, i.e. totaling 37,8 MW.
