Following our announcement of 6.2.2007 for the temporary suspension of the discussions between "PANTECHNIKI S.A." and the interested parties of "ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI TEB S.A.", we would like to inform you that, after mutual initiative, discussions regarding the possibility of transactions between the two companies are reestablished. In the case of any further events deemed necessary to be publicized, we will inform all relevant authorities and the public in due time.
