The societe anomyme under the corporate name DELTA MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND INTEGRATED PROJECTS, INDUSTRIAL, COMMERCIAL AND CONSTRUCTION SOCIETE ANONYME and under the distinctive title DELTA PROJECT S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), further to its announcement dated the 04/10/2006, the notification by its shareholders, Messrs. Anastasios Deligiorgis, Constantinos Katsaros, Efstathia Deligiorgi, Maria Katsarou, and Evangelos Papageorgiou (the Sellers) and the decision of the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE) dated the 12th of October, 2006, according to which the consent for the transfer was granted, announces that today the transfer of 2.168.622 shares in the Company by the Sellers to MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. was consummated with transfer price eight (8) Euros per share in accordance with the put option right of the Sellers. The above 2.168.622 shares will remain non transferable until the end of the commitment period according to current legislation.
