EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A., as Societe Anonyme, listed in the Athens Stock Exchange, announces that - according to the Article 10, par. 1 of the Law 3340/2005, as well as the article 2 par. 2 of the Decision No 3/347/12.07.05, issued by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, - on the 22nd of January 2007, the procedure of merger by absorption of its subsidiary EMPORIKI ASSET MANAGEMENT AEPEY from HERMES MUTUAL FUNDS AEDAK was completed.
Τhe distinguishing title of the new company is EMPORIKI ASSET MANAGEMENT M.F.M.C.
The percentage of EMPORIKI BANK S.A. in the Share Capital of the said Company is 73,1005%.
