The Company "IASO OBSTETRICS - GYNECOLOGY - SURGERY - DIAGNOSTIC - THERAPEUTIC AND RECEARCH CENTER S.A." informs the investors that one of its shareholders who represents 0,43% of the paid in capital of the company, has filed an application with the One - member Court of First instance of Athens (Department of Ex-parte application Jurisdiction) requesting the substitution of all members of the Board of Directors, based on alleged conflict of interests regarding seven of its members while the rest of the members were tolerating the conflict. It is believed that the Court will not honor this claim.
