The Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. (HDFS) informs the investment community that its subsidiary, namely HELLENIC DISTRIBUTIONS S.A. proceeded with an initial agreement with AGRICULTURAL BANK OF GREECE S.A. for the issue of a 5-years corporate bond amounting to Euro60 million, guaranteed by HDFS. The purpose of this bond is the refinancing of the existing debt obligations concerning the acquisition of LINKS OF LONDON. Another announcement will follow the sign of the contract of the corporate bond, pending on the approval by the BoD of HDFS and HELLENIC DISTRIBUTIONS S.A.
