LAMDA DETERGENT S.A. announces the by law (article 75 para. 1 of codified law 2190/1920), the completion of the merger of LAMDA DETERGENT S.A. (hereinafter the Absorbing Company) by the absorption of LAMDA COSMETICS - CHEMICALS AND COSMETICS PRODUCTS S.A. (hereinafter the Absorbed Company), through the listing of each absorbed and absorbing company on February 9, 2007, at the Registry of Societe Anonyme, according to Protocol No. K2-2188/09.02.2007 of the Ministry of Development''s decision on the approval of the aforementioned merger.
Through the deletion from the S.A. Registry according to article 75, para. 1 of codified law 2190/1920, because of termination of the absorbed company, in conjunction with the fact that the Absorbing Company holds 100% of the Absorbed Company''s shares (according to the clauses of article 78 of codified law 2190/20 and article 1-5 of law 2166/93), the share capital of the Absorbing Company will not change and new shares will not be issued, since such a claim is dissolved due to confusion.
