On 12.02.2007 NEOCHIMIKI SA proceeded to the sale of 6,900,000 shares of LAMDA DETERGENT SA at a total amount of euro 54,372,000, to foreign institutional investors, through private placement, organized by Sal Oppenheim and Piraeus Securities. As a result, its stake in the company is reduced from 34.03% to 16.38%.
