The Company announces that within the context of the departure from the Group of Mr.  Ioannis Pantoleon, Group Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. George Zenzefilis, Group Chief Products & Services Officer, Mr. Nikos Nikolakopoulos, currently President Latin America, Western Europe & Africa, undertakes the duties of the Chief Operating Officer, while the Group's Deputy CEO, Socrates S. Kokkalis undertakes in the interim the duties of the Group Chief Products & Services Officer.
