MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. Dimitrios Papadopoulos, person obliged to notify pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, sold, on December 22^nd, 2014, 50 Futures on MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. stock with a total value of Euro 26.095,00. This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.
