MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. announces that Mr. Nikos Karamouzis, addressing his thanks to the Chairman and the members of the Company's Board of Directors for their cooperation so far, stated that as of 16/2/2015 he resigns from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A., because of the impediment caused by his election as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eurobank Ergasias S.A.

The Company thanked Mr. Karamouzis for his contribution during his term of office and wished him every success in his new duties. The Company shall follow the statutory provisions under the law and its Articles of Association in order to replace the departing member of its Board of Directors.
