Following the 22/08/2014 announcement, Intracom Holdings announces that, after the completion of the conditions from the 22.08.2014 binding agreement with Vodafone–Panafon, proceeded today in the implementation of the acquisition Intracom Holdings' Group stake in Hellas Online by Vodafone–Panafon, that is percentage 57.24% of  the Common Registered shares with voting shares of Hellas Online and 100% of the Preferred Registered shares of Hellas Online, without voting rights and non-convertible in Common, at a total price of €67 mil., which price €57 mil. concerns the Common Registered shares and price €10 mil. concerns the Preferred Registered shares.
