Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007: Transactions notification

In accordance with Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 (article 11) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, Attica Bank S.A. announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" according to Law Ν.3340/2005 (article 13) and Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 (article 6) of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, “Dynamic Securities S.A.”, informed the Bank that on 22/10/2013 it sold 1,214,552 common shares of Attica Bank S.A., of  a total net value 374,956.61 €.
