Greek Postal Savings Bank S.A., pursuant to articles 3, 21, law 3556/2007, announces that, in accordance with article 13, law 3340/2005 and the Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission no. 3/347/07.12.2005, Mr. Kotsiris Konstantinos, person holding senior managerial position in the Bank, notified that at August, 1st, 2007, proceeded in transaction by purchasing two thousands common Bank`s stocks. The value of transaction is thirty one thousands, six hundred, sixty two euros and seventy one cents.
