On 1.8.2007, MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A. acquired 222,583 shares of VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES, corresponding to 0.30 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 65.62 %. The acquisition price of the above shares came up to 24.68 euros per share.
