Following the announcements with protocol numbers 53412/14.11.2006, 61092/29.12.2006, 755/8.1.2007, 761/8.1.2007, 936/9.1.2007, 989/9.1.2007, 2428/17.1.2007, 7155/22.2.2007,8486/2.3.2007 and 8827/5.3.2007 of the company IASO S.A. to the ATHEX, the aforementioned company announces that the hearing of the One-Member Court of First Instance of Athens (Department of Ex-parte application Jurisdiction) dated 7.3.2007, regarding the application of a shareholder who was requesting the replacement of all members of the Board of Directors and the appointment of a new temporary Board of Directors, claiming mainly that the members of the current Board of Directors, equated their actions with the members of the Board of Directors who resigned and were replaced; the hearing was postponed until April 18th, 2007 in order to be judged together with the main intervention made by the members of the Board of Directors of whom the replacement was requested by the court.
