The Company LAMDA DETERGENT S.A. announces that the provisions being prepared in the as of 12.02.2007 announcement regarding the 2007 turnover and profitability of the new company named ALAPIS that will result from the merger of the company VETERIN S.A. with the absorption of the companies LAMDA DETERGENT S.A., EVIK S.A., ELPHARMA S.A., are not valid due to the imminent share capital increase in which the Company will proceed immediately after the completeness of the current merger.
