ANNOUNCEMENT

MYTILINEOS HOLDINGS S.A. announces that in its Meeting of 19.11.2013 the Company's Board of Directors decided, among other issues, to elect Mr Apostolos Georgiadis, Independent Non-Executive Member of the Board, to the Audit Committee as Member, in replacement of the Committee's Chairman Mr Christos Diamantopoulos, who resigned from his position as Member of the Company's Board of Directors.

Following the election of its new member in replacement of the resigned one, the Audit Committee shall be established as a body in the next few days, so that its new Member may officially assume his new duties.
