On 31.7.2007, "MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A." acquired 105,112 shares of "VIVARTIA INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL COMPANY OF FOOD PRODUCTS AND CATERING SERVICES", corresponding to 0.14 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 65.32 %. The acquisition price of the above shares ranged between 24.60 and 24.72 euros per share.
